Most gluten-free cookies are dry and sandy. Ours isn’t, because we adjusted the fat and sugar ratio rather than simply swapping the flour. Crisp edge, chewy centre, 50g each, baked in small batches at our Andheri West kitchen.

These are made with gluten-free flour, but our kitchen also handles wheat. If you are coeliac rather than gluten-avoiding, please message us before ordering so we can talk you through it honestly.
