We bake these in small batches at our Andheri West kitchen using browned butter, which is what gives the dough its nutty, caramel depth — the difference between a good cookie and one you think about later. Storage
Keeps 60 days at room temperature in its sealed pack — which is why we can ship it anywhere in India without worrying. Once opened, store in an airtight jar. Do not refrigerate; it firms the centre and you lose the chew. A few seconds in a microwave or warm oven brings it back to just-baked.
