Full refund if we cancel your order, your order never arrives, or you receive the wrong order.
Replacement or refund (our discretion) for items arriving damaged or inedible. Send photos of product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
Cookie orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
Cake pre-orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund; within 48 hours the order is already in production and is non-refundable.
No refund for correct and on-time orders no longer wanted, failed delivery due to wrong address or unreachable phone, or taste preference alone.
