Only our cookies are shipped pan-India; they’re baked to travel. Fresh desserts (mousse, cheesecakes, cakes) are not shipped outside Mumbai.
Dispatch: cookie orders are baked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Transit: 2 to 7 days depending on your pincode, via our courier partners. Tracking: shared by SMS or email on dispatch. Charges: shipping and 5% GST are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Courier delays beyond our dispatch commitment can occur; we’ll help chase but can’t control transit times. If your package arrives damaged, share photos of the box and contents within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Cake pre-orders are delivered in Mumbai on your chosen date, or picked up from our Andheri kitchen.
